What is a credit?

Standard images use 1 credit at 1K, 2 at 2K and 4 at 4K. Room creation uses 4 credits for Standard or 5 for Pro. Advanced generation, when available, uses 5 credits. Personal room uploads and downloads use no generation credits.

What is included in Starter?

Starter includes up to 10 artworks, 2 showrooms, 10 gallery images per showroom, 3D configuration, AR share links, QR codes and website embeds with Orbliq branding, plus 6 welcome credits and 3 monthly credits starting one month after signup. Single-image downloads include Orbliq branding.

Do sharing or customer views use credits?

No. AR share links, QR codes and embeds are included on every plan, including Starter. Customer views are unlimited and use no credits. Credits are only used for AI image generation.

Do free credits renew?

Yes. Starter receives 3 credits every month starting one month after signup. Monthly credits do not roll over; unused welcome credits do not expire.

Do credits roll over?

Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Pay-As-You-Go credits never expire and are available to paid subscribers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your paid billing period.
